The building program includes 7,225 SF of Office, Dormitory, and Apparatus Bay space. The primary building structure is reinforced masonry, with brick, masonry, and insulated metal panel façade elements. In addition, all site work, landscaping, utility connections, and site improvements are included in the contract. The primary site improvements include asphalt parking, concrete drives, landscaping and a backup utility generator system.
