Renovation of a municipal facility in Toms River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of March 21, 2019, all bids have been received. All trades have been let. Sealed bids for the famishing and delivery of Ocean County ESIP - Lighting Renovation for the County of Ocean. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) and P.L. 1997, c.408 (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-16). Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be supplied in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, but not in excess of $20,000.00. Project to be completed within 90 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Refer to the project Bid Specifications for all project milestones. Project to have a Liquidating Damage Clause of $ 1,000 per day after date of Contract completion. Project to start on or about April 24, 2019, depending on successful award. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved in accordance with applicable law.
