Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Location:ARLINGTON MIDDLE SCHOOL 150 Arlington Street Lawrence, MA 01841 SOUTH LAWRENCE EAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 165 Crawford Street Lawrence, MA 01843 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate. Chilled Water System Upgrades at Arlington Middle School and South Lawrence East Elementary School. Work includes installation of water cooled chillers, new cooling towers and chilled water pumps. Bidders are required to submit with their bid, a bid surety in the amount of 5% of their bid price. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
