Renovation of a residential development in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Project consists of: Without limiting the generality thereof, furnishing all labor and material for the replacement of all membrane roofing at the JCC Building with new modified bitumen roofing system as shown on the Drawings and Project Manual. Bids are subject to Federal Davis Bacon wage rates. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of Roofing. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C. 1701u). As well as additional HUD forms, Chapter 14, Equal Employment requirements, all information is provided in the project manual. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Lawrence Housing Authority. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation goal reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 10.4% of the final contract price.
