The City of Fort Smith is seeking proposals from qualified pool contractors with demonstrated experience in performing surf feature construction work for concrete structural basin, equipment, piping, electrical, deck and drainage construction, etc. The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, etc., to install all supplemental infrastructure for the Surf Feature for the Parrot Island (PI) Waterpark.The City of Fort Smith, Arkansas is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
