Site work and renovation of a civil project in Wooster, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment required for the cleaning, surface preparation, field painting, and disinfection of two (2) 750,000 gallon clearwells. Full exterior containment will be required on the clearwells in accordance with all governing rules and regulations and industry standards. All painting work shall be in accordance with AWWA D102 AWWA Standard for Painting Steel Water Storage Tanks, latest revision. Materials in contact with potable water shall be in accordance with NSF 61. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wayne County and the City of Wooster, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. Bidders are required to use the forms which will be furnished on application. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, and/or alternate unit prices.
