Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of replacing and installing 2 control panels for filters 1-4 at plant 4 Water Treatment Plant.Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Bidding Documents must be paid on this project if the bid amount exceeds $60,000, and that the Contractor must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.Bidders are reminded that in order to be considered for bid award, all contractors (including their subcontractors if at a specific cost threshold) must be registered under the Labor Enforcement Fund with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions on the date bids are unconditionally accepted for consideration for bid award and must remain actively registered in order to perform work under this solicitation. The Contractor selected for award of a contract shall provide documentation to verify compliance with this paragraph prior to execution of a contract.The Village of Ruidoso reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive all informalities as deemed in the best interest of the Village .
