For the construction of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in Luzerne County, Kingston Township, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 1044, SECTION D502. The project being situated as follows: From a point on SR 1044 (Mt. Olivet Road) at Segment 0090 Offset 2589 (Station 50+50) to a point approximately 1054 feet along SR 1044 at Segment 0100 Offset 0596 (Station 61+04). This project is the replacement of an existing culvert with a concrete box culvert and end sections. The project also includes full depth pavement replacement, milling and resurfacing, drainage, guide rail, and other miscellaneous construction.
