Construction of the FY18 Sewer Interceptor Rehabilitation Project, Project Nos. SW1303, SW1315, SW1334. (Approximate quantities involved are or brief project description is) as follows: Clean/televise and install CIPP liner in 5, 400 feet of 8" sewer; 250 feet of 10" sewer; 1,200 feet of 12" sewer; 4,800 feet of 15"/16" sewer; 9,600 feet of 18" sewer;1,400 feet of 20"/21" sewer; 9,400 feet of 24" sewer; 2,900 feet of 27" sewer and 2,000feet of 30" sewer; install 1,000 VF of cementitious mortar in manholes; various manhole and sewer repairs; bypass pumping of wastewater; and other related sewer rehabilitation work. The Town of Cary is not responsible for bidders relying on incomplete documents. A postage and handling charge of $15.00 will be added for any items which are mailed. Contractors offering a proposal on this project must be licensed to do the specified type of contracting in the State of North Carolina. All bids must include a non-collusive affidavit. Contractors offering a proposal on this project must comply, and must ensure that their subcontractors comply, with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes, "Verification of Work Authorization," and must provide documentation or sign affidavits or any other documents requested by the Town of Cary demonstrating such compliance. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
