Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Astatula, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The purpose of this solicitation is to select a licensed and qualified contractor to make drainage repairs at Fire Station No. 77. Repairs include the installation of two (2) swales, a concrete pad, a sidewalk, and approximately 42' of trench drain. All work must be done per attached drainage plan and industry standards. Award of the contract arising from this solicitation will be made to the single lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor which submits an offer in response to this ITB. To be considered responsible, a vendor must have successfully completed work similar to that required under this solicitation within the past three (3) years.The vendor must have a current license as a State of Florida Certified General Contractor or Certified Building Contractor issued by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation Or a Lake County Certificate of Competency for Masonry Contractor. The vendor must be licensed to do business within Lake County. The vendor must hold the required license for the type of work to be performed at the time their bid response is submitted and for the duration of the project. The performance period under the contract will commence upon the date of the purchase order or related Notice to Proceed and will remain in effect until such time as the commodities, equipment,and services acquired in conjunction with this solicitation and resulting contract have been delivered,completed, and accepted by the County's authorized representative, and will then remain in effect until completion of the expressed and implied warranty periods. The County may issue changes (addendum) to the solicitation documents. Proposers are responsible for checking this site for any addendum prior to submitting their proposals. Proposals that do not acknowledge the addenda may be rejected.
