Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Westland Construction as CM/GC for Alpine School District is requesting labor and material bids for construction of the new CASCADE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in accordance with plans, specifications and bid documents as prepared by Kevin Madson and Associates. Questions regarding scope of work, trade coordination and bidding can be directed to Jessica Dahl at Westland Construction (jessica@westlandconstruction.com) or Wes Christensen at Kevin Madson and Associates (wes@kmaarchitects.com). Please have all questions in no later than Tuesday, March 12th. A construction schedule has been provided in the specifications. All addendum will be posted to our webiste and is the subcontractors responsibility to review all addendum. Please indicate receipt of all addendum on the bid form. This project is TAX EXEMPT.
