Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jamestown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor required for the subject project. The Project consists of modifying and constructing concrete structures such as curbs, gutters, and sidewalks as part of the reconstruction of a portion of Broadhead Avenue within the City of Jamestown. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved.
