Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jamestown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project location: Listed intersections within the City of Jamestown. The Project consists of: Excavate and remove the existing sidewalk ramp blocks, adjacent sidewalk blocks, and curbs & gutters as specified. Install new sidewalk ramps, sidewalk blocks, curbs & gutters as specified by the City of Jamestown Standard Specifications. Provide and install ADA Certified Detectable Warning Plates per NYSDOT Curb Ramps Specifications. Repair any incidental damage to surrounding concrete, blacktop, and bricks as specified by the City of Jamestown Standard Specifications. Backfill, topsoil, and landscape all affected areas as specified by the City of Jamestown Standard Specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. Proposals are to be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved.
