For the Presidents Neighborhood Water Main Replacement Project Replacement of approximately 21,000 feet of 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch water main. Work shall also include all super- vision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration (milling included), flushing, disinfecting, testing, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and the Specifications.
