Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Tallahassee Electric & Gas Utility is seeking bids from a General Contractor to supply services for the purpose of construction of a 7,500 square foot Utility Logistics Facility for use as a storm response facility and meeting facility. This construction will occur at 2601 Jackson Bluff Road. The building is rated for winds reaching 200mph and includes the installation of a generator for the facility, as well as required landscaping on the property. Completion of Construction (and Contract) no later than June 1, 2020.
