It includes demolition of existing walls and finishes and the construction of new walls, doors, and finishes for offices. The project also includes modifications to mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems. The phone center and adjacent spaces will be relocated, and this space will be renovated into an office suite. The total area to be renovated is 2,044 sf. There is no change of occupancy.
