2019 Street and Parking Lot Improvements City Project No. 2018-C04 In general, Work consists of the reconstruction storm sewer, and rehabilitation of streets within a commercial area. The Project consists of the following approximate quantities: 17,000 SQ YD Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) 3,600 TON Bituminous Pavement 600 CU YD Concrete Pavement 11,000 SQ FT Concrete Walk 4 EACH Storm Sewer MH/CB 2,700 LIN FT Concrete Curb and Gutter (B618) 260 SQ YD Commercial Driveway Apron Together with traffic control, erosion control, miscellaneous utility improvements, removals, restoration, and related appurtenances. Bidders shall only submit forms provided for that purpose in accordance with the Bidding requirements prepared by City's engineering consultant, Stantec, and dated March 2018. Submitted Bids shall be directed to the Public Works Director and enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside with "2019 Street and Parking Lot Improvements." The Bidder's name and address should also be included on the envelope. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to the City of Mounds View in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's Total Bid Price and in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or bank check.
