Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nunica, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following approximate quantities 7,630 feet of 8 wide HMA pathway 310 feet of 12 to 15 storm sewer 435 square feet of retaining wall 288 feet of 10 wide Boardwalk Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration Drawings and specifications are available online at Prein&Newhof after March 5, 2019. Electronic drawings,specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those Bidders who are active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. Bidder assumes sole risk for any project specifications and drawings, electronic or hard copy, obtained other than directly from Prein&Newhof. Prein&Newhof has posted the Advertisement for the Grand Haven Charter Townships 2019 Non-Motorized Pathway Extensions: Contract 2 - 144th Avenue project to its online plan room. If you download any bid documents and decide not to bid the project, please notify us and we will remove you from the Plan Holders List.
