Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Haven, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

**As of March 7 2022, the project was awarded CopperRock with all 3 alternates included for $6,005,148. April 2022 start. The project consists of constructing the following: Site preparation, removals, and earthwork necessary for the construction of a new park with (6) six soccer fields, (12) twelve post tension pickleball courts, (2) two ballfields. and supporting facilities including: restroom building, maintenance building, picnic shelters, large capacity well, electric services & distribution, storm drainage system, irrigation, chips & fines jogging trail w/signage, boardwalk crossings, HMA paving, concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, flagpole, benches, trash & recycling, trees, dune grass, turf restoration, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Electronic drawings, specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those Bidders who are active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. Prein&Newhof Plan Room members who want to purchase the hard copy of the drawings only, may do so for $210.50 dollars. A $20 dollar charge will be added to all mailed drawings and/or specifications. Fees are payable by cash or check only and are not 2 refunded. FUNDING The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Grand Haven Charter Township. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids.
