Site work for a water / sewer project in Grand Haven, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following approximate quantities: Return approximately 500 ft of existing floating boardwalk to its original plan alignment, damaged sections of the floating boardwalk shall be repaired or reconstructed. Install new steel pipe alignment control piles. Repair and reconstruct the damaged floating boardwalk permanent attachment nodes at each end of the floating boardwalk. Reestablish connections between floating boardwalk sections, ramp sections, and permanent attachment nodes. Repair and reconstruct a damaged section of standard boardwalk. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Grand Haven Charter Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Grand Haven Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The projects shall be completed by May 28, 2021.
