As of July 11,2019 project has not been awarded and won't be going forward at this time. No definite date for the rebid Edward W. Brooke Courthouse Skylight Roof Replacement. The project includes the removal of existing skylight glazing, aluminum sub-framing, exterior lighting and surrounding roofing, leaving in place structural steel space-frame and skylight curb; new supplemental metal, steel decking, snow melt and roofing. Temporary protection and interior ceiling repair. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. 1) Roofing and Flashing - John F.Shea Company,Inc. - $275,000 2) Electrical - CDS Contracting - $78,800 Total :-$353,800
