Bids shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days from the date ofthe opening of bids and no bid shall be withdrawn for any reason during this period oftime except as allowed per R.S.38:2214.C Paper bid forms must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope and endorsed Sealed Bid No. 1753 Artificial TurfHitting Line. Bid form blanks must be duly filled in by the Bidder. Bidders are cautioned not to attach any conditions or provisions to their bids. Any foreign conditions will nrender the bid invalid and may cause its rejection BREC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
