In accordance with Local Contract Review Board Rules C-046-0440, notice is hereby given by the Department of Transportation and Development, through its Procurement Division, that it intends to purchase plastic pavement markings though The City of Portland Price Agreement #31001464 for CTP Plastic for Traffic Marking. The estimated annual purchase amount is $60,000 with a total purchase of $300,000 over a 5 year period. Written comments must be received by 5:00PM, within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance of this Notice of Intent to Purchase.
