Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Estimated cost range is 1.8M - 2.2M. Work required as part of this project consists, in general, of construction of a new steel sheet pile seawall in front of an existing steel sheet pile seawall. The work involves modifying the existing public wharf, rip rap, gangway landing, wood pile supported deck, and existing restaurant building foundation to accept the new sheet pile wall. Performance of this work requires a valid California Contractor's License Class A. Work shall be performed in accordance with all permits, including, but not limited to completion of all work by November 30, 2019.
