Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Expand the existing security office monitor room to include the adjacent office by removing the existing wall between the two offices and construction of a new console desk. Also includes new doors and finishes (carpet, painting and ceiling tiles in existing (painted) ceiling grid). The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General contractor must have general license classification for Building Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the bid form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
