Renovation of a municipal facility in Massena, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 28, 2019, a general contractor has been awarded. Construction is expected to start in July of 2019 and be completed in November of 2020. M/WBE & SDVO Subcontractors & Suppliers Con Tech Building Systems, Inc is soliciting bids for the NYPA - Robert Moses Administration Facilities Project. The work covered under these specifications consists ofproviding all plant supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be provided by others as specifically referred to in the Contract Documents), and performing all operations required for the construction ofa Maintenance Building and an Administration Building including, but not limited to the following: Provide a one story Adminstration Building (approximately 6,670 SF) and a one story Maintenance Building (approximately 5,750 SF) each consisting ofoffices and program support space for New York State Park Police and New York State Parks Administrative Staff at Robert Moses State Park. Both buildings are designed as steel framed structures supported by concrete grade beams on drilled in, steel and concrete grout micropile foundation system. The work shall be phased by The Contrator to complete the Maintenance Building first followed by the Administration Building. The existing maintenance building will remain occupied and in use by the State until the new Maintenance Building is complete and can be occupied by the State. The Phasing shall be coordinated directly with The Authority.
