THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREINAFTER "THE AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES REQUIRED TO INSTALL STRATEGIC SAFETY MEASURES AT THE ST. LAWRENCE LONG SAULT DAM (LSD), WHICH INCLUDES THE BARNHARDT BRIDGE, THE TAILRACE OF THE LSD, MARINAS, BOAT LAUNCHES, BEACHES AND WATER WAYS TO ALERT RECREATIONAL BOATERS, SWIMMERS AND TOURISTS ABOUT THE DANGERS OF THE LSD AND ADJACENT WATERWAY. Firms/entities are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website in order to obtain instructions on participating in submitting company information through Ariba. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Scope of Work. Minority Subcontracting Goal: 5% Women Owned Subcontracting Goal: 10% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract Terms: 10 MONTHS The above information is provided solely as a courtesy.
