Estimate: $1.75 - $2.25 Million The Project includes but is not limited to the following: Provide construction and renovation services for a public plaza directly in front of City Hall, in the heart of the Village at Colleyville. The purpose of the plaza is to provide a public place for both personal enjoyment and community events. The construction and/or modifications may include, but are not limited to, a custom shade structure, stage, street closure, lighting, alley realignment, transformer relocation, low walls, low retaining walls, open lawn area, aspects such as water feature, various hardscape elements, landscape irrigation, landscaping, and other miscellaneous improvements as indicated on the drawings that allow for passive enjoyment of the open space, elements that allow for use for public gatherings and events such as the Christmas tree lighting, small concerts, and all other special events.
