Site work, new construction and renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and for the construction of a service station / car wash facility.

The project includes renovation to existing 13,650 SF Grainger Supply building and a 17,700 SF metal building addition for Lincoln Police Department fleet maintenance. Construction to include slab on grade, grade beam footings, CMU and metal stud framed walls, metal building system, metal wall panels and brick exterior finish, mechanical furnace and radiant heat systems, electrical power, lighting, security and data systems, site improvements include paving, fencing, sanitary and storm sewer, etc The City of Lincoln, hereinafter referred to as Owners, are requesting bids from qualified companies, hereinafter referred to as Vendor(s) for building renovation and new construction services of a new small vehicle fleet maintenance shop at the proposed site. All inquiries regarding these specifications shall be directed via e-mail request to Bob Walla, Purchasing Agent (rwalla@lincoln.ne.gov) There will be a second prebid on Tuesday March 26 at 10:00am at the worksite located at 100 Oakcreek Drive, Lincoln, NE.
