The project is located at the Minden Gardnerville Sanitation District Plant in Minden, Nevada as shown on the project plans. The scope of work involves the draining, disposing of residual materials, and cleaning of the remaining liquid in Anerobic Digester #2. This is not a Prevailing Wage project. Complete proposal packages and contract documents are being made available at no charge to interested Bidders electronically or a non-refundable deposit of $40.00 for each set of hard copy Plans and Contract Documents. Plans and Contract Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders, if requested, for an additional nonrefundable fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for each set. Bidders are asked to contact Resource Concepts, Inc. to register as plan holders and if they would like to request an electronic copy of the bid package and contract documents. Bidders shall submit their proposal via US Mail, hand delivery, facsimile, or email provided it is received at the following location prior to the submittal deadline. Bids received by email must be sent to presley@rci-nv.com with frankjohnson@mgsddistrict.org copied. The original, signed, copy of any proposal submitted by facsimile or email must be received by Resource Concepts, Inc. within five calendar days of the submittal deadline. A Performance bond equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of the contract, which is anticipated to be made on or about Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
