The Project involves all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies required for Waterproofing, roof and exterior Repairs in and around the Building in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Walter P. Moore (the "Project Architect") dated December 14, 2018, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. Substantial Completion of the Project shall occur on or before August 16, 2019, time being of the essence. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing, preferably by email, to the Point of Contact by the Questions Deadline, and must reference RFP730-19111 Fine Arts Building - Water Intrusion Repairs.
