Replacement of the Roof and Associated Code Compliance Renovation at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital for the Harris County Hospital District dba Harris Health System. The intention of this Harris County Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) is to solicit offers for the replacement of the roof and associated code compliance renovation at Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) Hospital for Harris Health System The project consists of installing White TPO fleece back 135 mil (80 mil membrane and 55 mil fleece) adhered with energy- absorbing, two-part, low-rise insulating adhesive as outlined below Re-Roofing Apply the 135 mil TPO Fleece Backed Adhered Roofing System in conjunction with Air and Vapor Barrier, approved insulation with a slope no less than1/4”in 12” and 5/8” SecureRock or DensDeck Board after tear off of the existing roof systems to expose the light weight insulating concrete deck, structural concrete deck, metal deck, or wood deck for verification of suitable substrate as specified in this specification. New Construction Apply the 135 mil TPO Fleece Backed Adhered Roofing System in conjunction with Air and Vapor Barrier, approved insulation with a slope no less than1/4”in 12” and 5/8” SecureRock or DensDeck Board to the Light Weight Insulating Concrete or Structural Concrete as specified in this specification
