For Ventilation System at Annex 46- Harris County is seeking proposals from a qualified vendor to provide and install a ventilation system at Annex 46 for Harris County Facilities & Property Maintenance (FPM) Annex 46 is located at 1019 Congress Street Houston Texas 77002. This project will entail the replacement the 52 current enclosed parking garage belt driven wall fans and motor starters with direct drive fans equipped with variable frequency drives. Project Objective: The objective of this project is to purchase and install high quality supply and exhaust direct drive fans controlled by variable frequency drives equipped with means of disconnect. Allowing Harris County to reduce maintenance cost, improve the versatility of the controls and allow integration with CO2 sensors and or through our building automation system.
