The contractor will need to confirm physical dimensions of Equipment prior to purchase to ensure they will fit in the existing air Handler spaces. Contractor to provide all necessary equipment and Accessories to ensure the new system is fully functional. This Includes integration with the existing building automation system (unify controls), as well as verification of fluid flow at chilled Water cols and air flow at ahu discharge, in accordance with design Specifications.
