Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

A new lift station (Roswell LS) will consolidate and remove the following three existing lift stations from operation: Browns Run LS, Linville Springs LS, and North Lake LS. The Roswell LS will be located at the southern end of Roswell Drive in Kernersville, North Carolina. The lift station will be owned and operated by Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, City/County Utilities (CCUC). Sewer from the existing Browns Run, Linville Springs, and North Lake lift stations will flow to the Roswell LS via new gravity sewer mains. The Roswell LS will pump to the existing Browns Run force main at Gregory Way Drive via a new 6-inch force main. Major items of work will include but may not be limited to: The Project consists of construction of a duplex wastewater pump station, related site work, electrical and controls, approximately 6,150 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer and 800 LF of 12-inch gravity sewer, approximately 3,300 LF of 6-inch force main, demolition of three existing lift stations, and ancillary items.
