Site work and renovation of a civil project in Springside, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Owner is requesting submissions for Qualification of Contractors to bid on the following work: .1 Construction of a new 43 m2 building over a concrete substructure extending to a depth of 7.2 m below grade, including all necessary excavation, shoring and dewatering; .2 Supply and installation of mechanical process equipment, including sewage pumps and ventilation equipment; .3 Supply and installation of all electrical equipment, including motor control centres, control and automation systems, standby generators and miscellaneous building electrical; .4 Installation of 900 lin.m. of 250 mm dia. HDPE force main, complete with connection to the existing lagoon; .5 Commissioning of new system and temporary operation of facility, owner training, turnover, and demolition of the existing sewage pumping station; .6 Clean-up of site; .7 Repair of defects in workmanship and / or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work. The intent of this qualification process is to allow the Owner to select eligible General Contractors to submit a tender for the necessary services to facilitate the construction of the above noted project. Only General Contractors show have submitted the Qualification documents and are accepted by the Owner will be eligible to submit a tender. Through this Request for Qualifications document, the Owner seeks to ensure that companies bidding on this project have the experience, skill, ability, resources, and bonding needed to complete the specific work required for this project.
