As of October 29, 2020, the Port of Seattle has withdrawn its request for proposals. The RFP was cancelled due to the public health crisis. The Port of Seattle board of directors is set to vote in November on a five-year capital improvement plan that includes the project. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .............. The Port of Seattle (Port) invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing services related to planning, predesign, design, and support services during construction for project elements supporting the new cruise terminal facility development at Terminal 46.
