The West Seattle Corridor Bridges Rehabilitation an.d Stren.gth.enin.g project includes rehabilitation of the West Seattle Bridge and Spokane Street Swing Bridge, and miscellaneous major :mainte-nance work to the elevated struc-tures leading up to the existing bridges. This project will. i.ehabil-itate and strengthen both bridges for use by the public. This is a Buy America Project.. The Prime Contract will have a mandatory DBE goal of 2%, Packages this package has a 25% aspirational DBE Goal. This project will have a man-datory Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) requirement..
