**As of may 15,2019 project has not been awarded yet.** The Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority ("the Authority" or "GACRAA" or "Owner") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing interior and exterior painting services. The Proposer (or "Contractor") must provide all labor, paint, various materials, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to complete the services listed throughout this RFP, including, but not limited to: surface cleaning and preparation including minor sheetrock repair, spackling, filling divots and holes, sanding, priming and painting. The proposer shall submit pricing as shown in the RFP, which shall be applied on a per square foot basis for interior sheetrock wall preparation and painting, a per square foot basis for exterior metal building preparation and painting and on an hourly basis for specialty painting of machinery, fixtures and other assorted jobs. The Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted in response to this Request for any reason. Interested parties are advised that lobbying of Evaluation Committee members, Airport Authority members and Airport Authority employees, regarding Requests for Proposal (RFQ), Bids or Contracts is strictly prohibited from the point of advertisement until a final award is made or protest is resolved.
