Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado is soliciting proposals for various asphalt & emulsion products for Delta County Roads. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) for various asphalt & emulsion products for Delta County Roads as follows: Product Approx. Amount: CRS-2R 25 Tankers - Chip Seal, Oil (price per ton) FOB Delta, Cedaredge & Hotchkiss. PG58-28 35 Tankers Asphalt (price per ton) FOB Delta. SS-1 4,000 Gallons Emulsion (price per gallon) FOB Plant. AEP 2,000 Gallons Asphalt Emulsion Prime (price per gallon) FOB Plant. Bid specifications and County Bid forms may be picked up at the Delta County Attorneys Office, 320 West 5th Street, Delta, Colorado 81416 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding the lunch hour between noon and 1:00 p.m. and legally recognized holidays. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information that may be attached. Bids will be presented to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners Meeting. Prices are to reflect delivery F.O.B. Delta, Colorado. Delivery will be to the Delta County District #1 Shop located at 1888 G Road, Delta, CO 81416, or to the Delta County District #3 Shop located at 35677 Back River Road, Hotchkiss, CO 81419. The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County.
