General Description of the Project. The Work consists of: The repair of miscellaneous distresses on the Parking Garages at Palm Beach International Airport includes cleaning, sealing, concrete joints, spall and crack repair on the garage superstructure and pavement. The project also includes installation of a Surface Coating on the 4th level of the Short-Term Parking Garage and new wayfinding signage in Long Term Parking Garage No. 3. The SBE subcontracting goal for this project is a mandatory minimum of 6% participation. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all bids.
