Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sultan, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Submit all inquiries in writing via email to the Contract Specialist. No verbal answers by any County personnel or its agents and consultants will be binding on the County. This solicitation is for the construction at one (1) Project Site. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform construction services, including, but not limited to, installation of Owner furnished Radio Tower, and Generator Assembly, and Contractor furnished CMU shelter, ground Fuel Tank and HVAC. Work shall also include site and road improvement. The Contractor will not be responsible for obtaining rights of entries, site leases and building permits, nor will it be responsible for installing the electronic communications equipment at the Sites. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Bids received after Sealed Bid Time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. King County is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid.
