Renovation of a power facility in Sultan, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot power facility.
The Contract work will consist of tenant improvements to approximately 3,000 square feet of existing space in the fully operational Jackson Powerhouse, including control room, office areas, kitchenette, restrooms, and support spaces. Project work includes demolition of existing interior CMU and framed walls, doors, window, flooring, ceiling, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, while protecting existing equipment remaining in service. It will also include installation of new CMU and framed walls, doors and window, ceilings, fire safing, acoustical panels and sound masking system, interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical improvements and low voltage. Deadline for Questions: 4/21/2022, 8:00 p.m. and submit to Bids@snopud.com Responses to Questions Posted: on or before 4/25/2022, 4:30 p.m. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this ITB must be submitted to the District via e-mail to Bids@snopud.com by the date noted in Tentative Schedule. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
