As of March 12,2021 project was awarded in the amount of $ $910,291.70 All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal, Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Sultan. The City retains the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The estimated cost of construction for the project is approximately $1,045,000 which includes the following scope ofwork.: Construction survey, temporary traffic control, dewatering, sewage bypass pumping, replacement of 615 feet of existing sewer with 30-inch PVC, temporary trench patching, 2-inch grind and overlay, and other work, as necessary. 1.
