Renovation of a military facility in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services required to clean and recoat existing steel pipe guide piles from +2' MLW to the top of the pile, replacing a concrete deck cover and an aluminum gangway transition plate and incidental related work, at USCG Station Point Judith. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with contract terms and conditions, the attached Specifications PSN 5955143, and Wage Decision RI190001 (RI1). * Payrolls and Daily Construction reports required. * Magnitude of Construction: $50,000 to $150,000 * NAICS CODE: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction *Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 mil *Payment Bonds required for contracts >$35,000 The Contractor shall be required to(a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 60 days after the Contractor receives the NTP. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.
