Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

BID Dimeo Construction Company has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of The URI Bay Campus Phase 2 Projects and is soliciting bids to award. This is a public bid process and bids are required to be submitted on the set due date and prior to the deadline time. The following Trade is currently being bid: o 13A Pre Engineered Metal Building The bid package will be available September 8, 2025. Construction will begin in October of 2026. Times and locations of the bid submissions are included within the Invitation to Bidders. Please note that this project will be performed under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
