Teaneck Public Schools ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified Energy Service Companies for the planning, development and implementation of an Energy Savings Plan (ESP) through an Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP) pursuant to the Energy Savings Improvement Program Law, P.L. 2009, c. 4, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.6 and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-42. This project is the second of two ESPs being pursued by the District. This project will be completed under the hybrid model. The district has retained a design engineering firm as Engineer of Record and energy consultant as program manager and commissioning agent to support the Energy Savings Improvement Program. The District reserves the right to reject proposals that are not received by the District at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all proposals may be rejected if deemed by the District to be in its best interests. Proposers are required to comply with the affirmative action requirements set forth in P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27).
