Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Teaneck, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 4, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $1,949,466.59** The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Roadway milling and resurfacing of multiple roads in the Township of Teaneck, reconstruction of handicap ramps according to ADA standards, replacement of concrete vertical curb and sidewalk where required, and traffic striping. Principal items of work in the project include: 51,000 SY HMA Milling, 3" or less 8,000 Tons 2" Hot Mixed Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course 6,000 LF 9"x18" Concrete Vertical Curb 500 SY Concrete Sidewalk 4" thick The work shall be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. "Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq." All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days except as may be permitted by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3.
