Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Teaneck, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Further, the successful bidder must furnish the policies and Certificates of insurance required by the Contract. In the case of corporations not chartered in New Jersey, the bidder must be able to establish by proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bids will be accepted in the following ways: 1. Bids will be received at the hour and on the date specified above. Bids submitted at this time shall be addressed to Simona CasianSirbu, Teaneck Purchasing Agent, C/O Township Clerk, Township of Teaneck 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey and shall satisfy all previously mentioned requirements. 2. Bids can be mailed: All mailed bids shall be addressed to Simona Casian-Sirbu, Teaneck Purchasing Agent, C/O Township Clerk and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK 2023 CONCRETE SIDEWALK REPAIRS All mailed bids shall be mailed employing a formal mail receipt procedure such as Certified Return Receipt and shall also satisfy all of the above requirements. 3. Bids can be hand delivered prior to the date or hour specified. In this case, the bids shall be delivered to Simona Casian-Sirbu, Teaneck Purchasing Agent, C/O Township Clerk, Township of Teaneck 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey and shall also satisfy all of the above requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time and to the proper location.
