Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Teaneck, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Roof and Gutters replacement and restoration, roof drains, sidewalk where required and incidental work related to the project. Principal items of work in the project include: Roof Replacement Built-in Gutter Restoration Terra Cotta Repointing Parapet Repairs Scupper and Downspout Installation Subsurface Drain Piping. Bids can be mailed: All mailed bids shall be addressed to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Township Clerk and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Bid for Roof and Masonry Repairs at Municipal Building" All mailed bids shall be mailed employing a formal mail receipt procedure such as Certified Return Receipt and shall also satisfy all of the above requirements. Bids can be hand delivered prior to the date or hour specified. In this case, the bids shall be delivered to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Township Clerk, Township of Teaneck 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey and shall also satisfy all of the above requirements It is the Bidder's responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time and to the proper location The work shall be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the execution of the contract. "Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq." All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days except as may be permitted by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3.
